View NGS Control Marks for Google Earth

National Geodetic Survey (NGS) publishes their Horizontal and Vertical Control Marks.  These control marks can be queried by PID, Station Name, Radial, Rectangle, and County.  The result from each of these queries provides a list of control marks.  This web application converts the list of control marks into a graphical format (kml) viewable in Google Earth.

National Geodetic Survey (NGS) converts elevations from NGVD 29 to NAVD 88 using Latitude & Longitude.  This web application creates a placemark at the center of the screen within Google Earth that states the datum shift.

View USGS Quad Index for Google Earth

United States Geological Survey (USGS) created topographic maps of the United States (1879 to 1992).  This web application simply provides a name, number and a hyperlink to download the applicable 7.5 minute (1:24,000 scale) quad map.
